Reverse charge procedure or EU countries
If your company's registered office is located outside of Germany or the EU, you may be eligible to purchase shopping carts without VAT. First, you need an activated customer account. Create an account on our platform and enter your VAT ID number in the "Tax ID" field.
In your customer account, click on the "B2B" menu item and then on the "Submit application" button. Your information will be reviewed within the next 24 hours. If successful, you will receive a confirmation email and can immediately purchase shopping carts without VAT.
As a B2B customer, you have access to our tiered discount system and regular promotions. The discount tier is based on your annual sales volume with us and is valid for the following year. It's also possible to adjust discounts during the current year if a guaranteed minimum order quantity is predicted. Please contact us directly for more information.
